The freestanding punching bag is excellent for practicing various martial arts, from boxing and kickboxing to karate or taekwondo.

aSince the center of gravity is at the bottom, the punching bag returns to an upright position after a strong impact. If it does fall over, it can be easily uprighted with little effort.

With the help of the four integrated handles on the base, the punching bag can be moved by a strong person or carried by two people.

The outer shell is made of soft plastic, PVC. The material is easy to clean and very durable.
