The freestanding punching bag is excellent for practicing various martial arts, from boxing and kickboxing to karate and taekwondo.

The base does not need to be filled with water or sand, as it is delivered pre-filled. Due to the weight of the base and the punching bag, the freestanding punching bag stands very stable. The lower part of the bag and the inside part of the base feature a Velcro strap that ensures proper attachment of the bag to the base.

Since the center of gravity is at the bottom, the punching bag returns to an upright position after a strong impact. If it does fall over, it can be easily set back upright with little effort.

With the help of the four integrated handles on the base, the punching bag can be moved by one strong person or carried by two people.

The outer shell is made of soft PVC plastic. The material is easy to clean and very durable.
